Data And Document Security :
Client original source documents are not distributed to data processing agents. We ensure data security by using centralized servers where the data resides. Division of work is designed such that no single agent has access to complete information. Restrictions for downloading and printing data, images are put in place at the project inception stage.

Confidentiality :
Each agent is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This along with data and document security processes ensures confidentiality. There is strict and continuous vigilance to practice to further enhance controls.

Data Back Ups :
We use mirrored systems that back up 24 hours per day. This back up is retained on tape, CD or other mediums as desired. As an additional precaution data is also backed-up on write-only disks and maintained for 3 months at another facility.
