VPN (Virtual Private Network ) :

Euclid offers services to cover the design, implementation and sustenance of VPN services. Many service providers have currently VPN services based on IPSec / GRE / FR technologies. With the advent of MPLS technology, it is expected that all service providers will migrate or augment their existing VPN services from these to MPLS in the near future. Unlike the earlier solutions, MPLS design and implementation is complex and requires high-level skills. Another area of value addition being considered by service providers is to combine multiple stand-alone services to integrated services over VPNs. This integration means service providers would offer VPN access, security, personalized content delivery, bandwidth management and different qualities of service to customers out of the infrastructure built in their network, rather than relying on the customer premise equipment. The following are the services offered by Euclid to address the VPN service providers:

  •  MPLS based VPN, including QoS, traffic engineering, extranets etc.

  •  Integrated multi-service VPN

  •  FR / ATM based core or access network

  •  Technology migration of existing VPN services
Euclid Solutions offers design and integration services for entire VPN service portfolio - including IP Network gear for the core and access networks, Access concentrators for integrated VPN, Frame Relay and ATM switches, Authentication and Accounting, VPN Service Activation, Network Management, Service Level Monitoring, Mediation and billing, and NOC infrastructure and processes.
